As the designer of the book, this project has been a labor of love for a couple of years now. A special shout-out to certified Challenge to Change Kids Yoga + Mindfulness Instructor, Melissa Hyde, for writing all the lessons featured in the book.
I am proud to be a former Kids Yoga Instructor at our Dubuque studio. Reflecting on my teaching journey, I must say, I would have loved to have this book back when I was instructing. It would have been an invaluable resource, enriching my classes and saving me a ton of time!

Each lesson uses Challenge to Change’s Seven Parts of Practice structured approach helps children identify and understand the lesson structure and flow of the lesson, which in turn builds self-confidence in mastering skills.

The first part of practice is the Seated Practice.
